When you arrive, we’ll ask you to look over the boat for any damage or mechanical issues and to sign the
Boat Rental Agreement. This way, you won’t be charged for any problems caused by previous guests.
Like any piece of equipment, boats can occasionally experience wear or mechanical issues. While we can’t
promise the boat will be operational 100% of the time, we’ll make every effort to repair or replace it as quickly as
possible during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST).
